In the foreground can be seen the rocky slope of Mount Kefali and the roofs of houses in Chora, while in the background stretch the bay with the harbour, Gialos beach and numerous anchored vessels. The landscape is completed by the barren Cycladic slopes with dry-stone walls and terraces, and Sikinos on the horizon.
