In the middle ground of the image stands out the Kavos Mosque with its minaret, dominating the entrance to the bay, while to the right can be seen part of the settlement with its white two-storey houses and tiled roofs. In the deep blue waters of the Aegean appear in sequence the rocky islets of Psoradia, Polyfados and Psomi.
